Cambridge Audio introduces Evo CD
Cambridge Audio has unveiled its Evo CD, a high performance compact disc transport the company says was developed to fit with the brand’s series of Evo all-in-one components.
The custom-developed CD player uses a S5 Servo, which Cambridge claims offers better error correction and faster disc detection, and it also displays album art via the StreamMagic app.
The chassis is built from the same premium materials as the rest of the range with a metal drawer and black aluminium top panel, available with brushed wooden or matte black side panels made from sustainable Richlite material.
The Evo compact disc transport measures 317 x 89 x 352mm (WxHxD) and weighs 5.3kg.
