Coming soon: WiiM CI MOD A80 streaming amp and CI MOD S streamer
The WiiM CI MOD A80 streaming amp combines an ESS ES9018K2M SABRE Reference DAC with a TI TPA3255 Class-D stereo amplifier, delivering 60W per channel at 8ohm. It supports the latest wi-fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3, is controllable via the WiiM app and has been designed to sit side-by-side with another amp in a rack. It weighs 1.9kg and measures 190 x 64 x 190mm.
The WiiM CI MOD S is an audiophile-grade streamer featuring an AKM AK4493SEQ DAC with hi-res audio support up to 24-bit/192kHz. At launch, supported control platforms will include Control 4, RTI, URC and Josh.ai. Both devices also feature extensive hardware connectivity options. Its design is based on the WiiM Pro Plus, it measures 140 x 42 x 140mm, weighs 330g and is equipped with multiple digital and analogue in and output options.
Henley Audio is expected to announce UK pricing and availability before the end of the year.
