Built specifically to partner the Class D topology of its half-width ONE amplifier (HFC 417), Cyrus has unveiled the £350 ONElinear; a compact bookshelf loudspeaker that managing director Simon Freethy says: “...is designed to showcase the amplifier’s true ability.” 

With its 25mm soft dome treble driver and 125mm woven Kevlar cone, the ONElinear is rear ported and designed to be positioned between 10 and 30cm from the rear wall. Sensitivity is quoted as being 86dB at 8ohm, while its crossover employs electrolytic capacitors for a smooth phase response through the transition from bass driver to tweeter. Click here for more.
