IsoTek has announced its Ultimate Series Super Nova power cleaning system. Priced at £9,995, it’s aimed at primary source components such as CD players, music servers, DACs, preamplifiers and phono stages, and has eight medium-current outlets rated at 16A each. Internal wiring features silver-plated ultra-pure OCC (Ohno Continuous Cast) Copper with IsoTek’s VAD (Virtual Air Dielectric) technology, and each output offers over 100,000A of protection, says the Winchester-based manufacturer.

As well as adjusting to connected loads, Super Nova claims to create the ultimate barrier to differential mode noise cross contamination and has high transient power handling ability.
