Kimber Kable introduces Select USB cables
Continuing with its 40th anniversary celebrations, US cable specialist Kimber Kable has launched its Select USB cables with three designs aimed at computer audio fans.
The Select USB-Copper is said to feature advanced silver-plated pure-copper conductors for both data and 5V DC power lines, while the Select USB-Hybrid uses a mixture of copper for the power line and the all-important data lines are manufactured from pure silver. Lastly, the top-of-the-range Select USB-Silver employs pure-silver conductors throughout its construction for the ultimate in performance.
All three use low-density PTFE insulation, come in 0.5 to 6m lengths and can be specified with different connectors including USB-A-to-B, A-to-C and C-to-C. Prices start from £562.50 and the cables are available via Russ Andrews.
