Bang and Olufsen unveils Beosystem 72-23 Nordic Dawn system
The Beosystem is described thus: “the warm honey, ginger and amber tone aluminium finishes come together with a perfectly crafted birch wood panel to shape the heart of the system – the iconic Beogram 4000c turntable. The Beogram 4000c has been recreated by hand and customised for the first time in the Nordic Dawn colourway to create an aesthetic that is reminiscent of soft mornings in the Scandinavian meadows.”
The turntable is accompanied by a matching pair of Beolab 28 stereo speakers customised in the same warm finishes, with ginger tone aluminium, birch wood fronts and Sandthorne Define fabric produced by leading Danish textile expert Kvadrat.
With a built-in Beosound Core and Beolab Transmitter units, it offers wireless connectivity while the customised Beoremote Halo (in amber tone aluminium finish) provides full control of the system.
The solid birch wood cabinet that the Beogram 4000c comes in can store a vinyl record collection, act as a connectivity hub for a smart Bang & Olufsen ecosystem integration, as well as a wireless charging station for the Beoremote Halo.
Staying in a lyrical mood, B&O adds: “Swaying rose hip bushes, roaring waves crashing against the glistening sand and the warm light of the Scandinavian sunrise are all beautifully captured in the Nordic Dawn Beosystem 72-23.” You’ll need to get your skates on if you want one – it’s a limited edition of only 100 units, each engraved with a unique identification number.
Available to buy now for £55,000, you can find out more about the Beosystem 72-23 Nordic Dawn system here.
