NAD unleashes M33 streaming amplifier
Employing its parent company’s BluOS streaming platform means the M33 is compatible with other NAD BluOS components – as well as fellow brand Bluesound’s range of compact amplifier, server and speaker solutions – in multi-room setups. Adding to the 20 integrated music streaming services, including Qobuz and Tidal (MQA support is yet to be certified), external connectivity runs to six digital and two analogue inputs, plus a selectable MM or MC phono stage. Apple AirPlay 2 and aptX HD Bluetooth are also supported.
Dirac’s Room Correction systems is also on board to optimise loudspeaker performance within a listening room using the supplied precision microphone to measure the acoustical characteristics of a room and calibrate the NAD’s output for optimum performance at the listening position. Two subwoofer outputs with a configurable digital crossover are also on board.
Available to buy in March, keep an eye on the NAD website for more.
