Denon has just released the Home Subwoofer – its high-performance wireless sub, which the company says: “adds clear, extended bass to the Denon Home Sound Bar 550 or any Denon Home wireless speaker”. The 203mm bass driver has been fitted to a compact enclosure that matches the design of Denon’s Home speakers and soundbar and comes with HEOS built-in for multi-room applications. It can be wirelessly paired with the Denon Home Sound Bar 550 and users can also add a pair of Denon Home wireless speakers, creating a 5.1 surround sound experience. Settings for output level, low-pass filter and phase can be adjusted within the HEOS app to optimise the subwoofer for more challenging room acoustics.
