Denon introduces DNP-2000NE network player
Denon has released its DNP-2000NE network audio player with HEOS integration, allowing users to stream millions of high-fidelity tunes wirelessly from services such as Spotify, Tidal, Amazon Music and others. Connectivity options include wi-fi, Ethernet, USB and Bluetooth. It also supports AirPlay 2 for wireless streaming of music from compatible devices and responds to Alexa and Apple Siri voice controls. Additionally, the player has HDMI ARC, two optical and one coaxial digital inputs, as well as a USB-B in for native music streaming directly from a computer. The Bluetooth transmission functionality allows connection to Bluetooth headphones for wireless personal listening.
The DNP-2000NE comes equipped with Denon’s Advanced AL32 Processing Plus, supporting up-sampling to 32-bit/384kHz. The player also features four high-precision 32-bit/384kHz ES9018K2M DACs configured in a double-differential-mode, derived from the flagship DCD-A110.
The DNP-2000NE measures 434 x 107 x 421mm (WxHxD) including antenna, weighs 9.7kg and comes in a Black and Premium Silver finish for £1,400 or Graphite Silver for £1,600.
