Tangent introduces DAC II
Danish company Tangent has unveiled the latest addition to its Ampster range, the DAC II, which has a: “premium Sabre ES9023 24-bit Stereo Audio DAC at its heart”. Designed as a solution for anyone who has an amplifier but requires a cost-effective, compact preamplifier, it features a coaxial, two optical and USB inputs alongside aptX Bluetooth for wireless streaming. Additionally, the DAC II can be used as a dedicated headphone amplifier. It also features both RCA and XLR balanced outputs and an “intuitive, easy-to-use interface”.
