Meze Audio brings ALBA in-ears to the UK
Romanian Headphone producer Meze Audio has introduced ALBA in-ears to its range of headphones. Meaning “first light”, the company says that ALBA is: “the bridge between the current in-ear market and Meze Audio’s best-in-class collection, perfectly tuned with a neutral sound profile and an added touch of warmth, reminding listeners of the virtues of wired earphones.”
Made from a combination of zinc alloy and anodised aluminium parts, ALBA has been designed to be both resilient and appealing with a lustrous pearl appearance. The in-ears partner with the latest iPhone and all other smartphones with USB-C connectivity, as well as those with a 3.5mm headphone socket – a cable with a gold-plated 3.5mm connector is provided. ALBA also comes with a custom-made USB-C adapter, which features a built-in DAC.
With a 10.8mm dynamic driver and claimed 15-25kHz frequency range, the in-ears have a sound pressure level of 109dB and come bundled with silicone ear tips in four sizes (S, M, L and XL).
Available to buy now for £140, you can find out more about the ALBA in-ears here.
