AudioQuest launches new Rockets
By its own admission, AudioQuest is a tweaker – and the latest modifications to its Rocket cable range are on the launch pad. The affordable Rocket 11 (£12.50/m pictured above) and 22 (£20/m) speaker cables are suitable for bi-wiring applications, and AudioQuest is confident of the improvement they’ll bring to any home audio setup.
Both cables feature what it calls “semi-solid true-concentric conductors” for the first time. Rocket 11 uses Long-Grain Copper (LGC), while the slightly larger conductors in Rocket 22 – which has 20 percent lower impedance than its sibling – uses an effective blend of LGC and Perfect Surface Copper (PSC). Both are directional for optimum performance and available in a choice of black or white sheaths. Click here to find out more.
